【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthebasicstructureofthemessageelements,oritemsofinformation,thatareputtogethertoformthecommonmessagesetsusedinexchanginginformationinanAfterTheftSystemforVehicleRecovery.Parts3,4and5ofCEN/TS15213willdefinethecontentofthesemessages.Thedesignissuchthatallcurrentlyidentifiedinformationcanbeincludedinanunambiguousformat,whileallowingforadditionalitemstobeincludedshouldtheyeitherberequiredinthefutureorbecomeavailableinthefuture.Thesemessageelementscanalsobereferencedinauniquemanneranddescribedinplainlanguagefortransmissionbyvoice,faxore-mail.SimilarlythedatacanbeencodedinXMLlanguageforelectronictransmission.StandardsforAutomaticVehicleIdentification(AVI)andAutomaticEquipmentIdentification(AEI)arebeingdevelopedbyCEN/TC278WG12inparallelwithENISO14814.ThisATSVRstandarddoesnotprejudicethatworkanddoesnotseektoestablishparametersforfutureAVI/AEIstandards.DSRCandAVIstandardsareseenasthebasictechnologyblocksfortypesofshort-rangeATSVRsystems.ThispartofCEN/TS15213aimstoidentifythemainelementsandillustratethedataconceptsandwayforward.
