【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62149coverstheperformancespecificationfor850-nmdiscreteverticalcavitysurfaceemittinglaser(VCSEL)devicesoftransversemultimodetypesusedforthefibreoptictelecommunicationandopticaldatatransmissionapplication.Theperformancestandardcontainsadefinitionoftheproductperformancerequirementstogetherwithaseriesofsetsoftestsandmeasurementswithclearlydefinedconditions,severities,andpass/failcriteria.Thetestsareintendedtoberunona“once-off”basistoproveanyproduct’sabilitytosatisfytheperformancestandard’srequirements.Aproductthathasbeenshowntomeetalltherequirementsofaperformancestandardcanbedeclaredascomplyingwiththeperformancestandard,butshouldthenbecontrolledbyaqualityassurance/qualityconformanceprogram.Dependingonthemodulationspeeds,subcategorizedspecificationsaredefined.TypesA1,A2andA3correspondto1,25Gbit/s,2,5Gbit/sand4,25Gbit/sVCSELs,respectively.Eachsubcategorizedspecificationisalsodefinedbyseparatedetailsdependingonthedevicetypes,suchasspecificationsforaVCSELdevicewithoutamonitorphotodiode(Casea)andforaVCSELdevicewithamonitorphotodiode(Caseb).
