【摘要】:ThistechnicalspecificationsetsimmunityrequirementsforapparatusintendedforusebyElectricityUtilitiesinthegeneration,transmissionanddistributionofelectricityandrelatedtelecommunicationsystems.ThelocationscoveredarethepowerstationsandthesubstationswhereapparatusofElectricityUtilitiesareinstalled.Immunityrequirementsaregivenforthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHz,butonlyinrespectofelectromagneticphenomenaforwhichdetailedtestprocedures,testinstrumentationandtestset-uparegiveninexistingIECbasicstandards.Theimmunityrequirementsaresuitableforsatisfyingtheparticularneedsrelatedtothefunctionsandtasksofequipmentandsystems,forwhichreliableoperationisrequiredunderactualelectromagneticconditions;inthisrespect,thistechnicalspecificationestablishesperformancecriteriaforthedifferentfunctionalrequirements.Differentrequirementsaregivenforequipmenttobeinstalledinpowerstationsandsubstations.Inspecialcases,situationswillarisewherethelevelofelectromagneticdisturbancesmayexceedthelevelsspecifiedinthistechnicalspecification;intheseinstances,specialmitigationmeasuresshouldbeadopted.Non-electronichighvoltageandpowerequipment(primarysystem)areexcludedfromthescopeofthistechnicalspecification.Thistechnicalspecificationdoesnotspecifysafetyrequirementsforequipment,suchasprotectionagainstshock,insulationco-ordinationandrelateddielectrictests.Nevertheless,thesetestsareconsideredasapreconditiontotheimmunitytests.Emissionrequirementsarenotwithinthescopeofthistechnicalspecificationandarecoveredbyrelevantproductorproduct-familystandards(e.g.IEC60439-1,IEC60870-2-1,etc.).Wherenodedicatedproductorproduct-familystandardexists,thegenericstandardIEC61000-6-4applies.
