【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61466isapplicabletocompositestringinsulatorunitsfora.c.overheadlineswithanominalvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hz.Italsoappliestoinsulatorsofsimilardesignusedinsubstationsoronelectrictractionlines.Thisstandardappliestostringinsulatorunitsofcompositetypewithball,socket,tongue,clevis,Y-clevisoreyecouplings,oracombinationthereof.Theobjectofthisstandardistoprescribespecifiedvaluesforthemechanicalcharacteristicsofthecompositestringinsulatorunitsanddefinethemaindimensionsofthecouplingstobeusedonthecompositestringinsulatorunitsinordertopermittheassemblyofinsulatorsorfittingssuppliedbydifferentmanufacturersandtoallow,wheneverpractical,interchangeabilitywithexistinginstallations.Italsodefinesastandarddesignationsystemforcompositestringinsulatorunits.NOTE1GeneraldefinitionsandmethodsoftestingaregiveninIEC1109.NOTE2OnlythedimensionsnecessaryforassemblyofthecouplingsaredealtwithinthisInternationalStandard.Propertiesofmaterialandworkingloadsarenotspecified.Theco-ordinationofdimensionsoftheend-fittingswiththestrengthclassesisspecifiedinClause7.
