【摘要】:ThispartofISO4759specifiesaselectionoftolerancesforbolts,screws,studsandnutswithISOmetricthreadsandwithproductgradesA,BandCandfortappingscrewswithproductgradeA.NOTETheproductgradesrefertothesizeofthetoleranceswheregradeAisthemostpreciseandgradeCistheleastprecise.Thetolerances,excepttolerancesforthreads,areselectedfromthesystemoflimitsandfitsspecifiedinISO286-1andISO286-2.ThetolerancesformetricthreadsaretakenfromtheseriesoftoleranceclassesspecifiedinISO965-3.ThetolerancesfortappingscrewthreadsarecoveredinISO1478.ThetolerancesofformandpositionarespecifiedandindicatedinaccordancewithISO1101,ISO8015andISO2692.ThetolerancesspecifiedinthispartofISO4759applytofastenerspriortocoatingunlessotherwisespecified.SeealsoISO4042.DeviationsfromthetolerancesspecifiedinthispartofISO4759areonlypermittedinproductstandardswheretherearevalidtechnicalreasons.IncaseswherethereisadifferencebetweenthetolerancerequirementsinthispartofISO4759andtheproductstandard,theproductstandardtakesprecedence.Itisrecommendedthatthesetolerancesalsobeusedfornon-standardfasteners.DimensionsandtolerancesgiveninthispartofISO4759areinmillimetres.

【摘要】:Thispracticeissuitablefortheremovalofcontaminantsfoundonmaterials,parts,andcomponentsusedinsystemsrequiringahighlevelofcleanliness,suchasoxygen.Partsshallhavebeenprecleanedtoremovevisiblecontaminantspriortousingthisprocedure.Softgoodssuchassealsandvalveseatsmaybecleanedwithoutprecleaning.ThisproceduremayalsobeusedasthecleanlinessverificationtechniqueforcouponsusedduringcleaningeffectivenesstestsasinTestMethodG122.Thecleaningefficiencyhasbeenshowntovarywiththefrequencyandpowerdensityoftheultrasonicunit.Lowfrequenciesinthe20to25kilohertzrangehavebeenfoundtodamagesoftmetalssuchasaluminumandsilver.Therefore,thespecificationsoftheunitandthefrequenciesavailablemustbeconsideredinordertooptimizethecleaningconditionswithoutdamagingtheparts.1.1Thispracticecoversaprocedureforthecleaningofmaterialsandcomponentsusedinsystemsrequiringahighlevelofcleanliness,suchasoxygen,byultrasonictechniques.1.2Thispracticemaybeusedforcleaningsmallparts,components,softgoods,etc.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsarestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninNote1.
